Shipping and Payment
SHIPPING
How is it delivered? Australia Post Express Post. It’s trackable and you’ll need to sign for it. Even with delays due to Covid, it is still the fastest service.
How long does postage take? It's 1-2 days to Metro areas, 2-5 days outside Metro areas. This is on top of manufacturing time. On average the ring will be with you within 12 days from ordering. We recommend you order 2 months before the wedding to allow time for any size adjustments, post delays and generally save you stress.
How much is postage? Free! anywhere in Australia.
Can you deliver to a PO Box, parcel locker or business address? Of course we can.
What if I’m not home? Your postman will leave you a slip in your mailbox to let you know. You can then collect from your local Post Office at your convenience.
Will it be left at my doorstep? A signature is required for delivery it can’t be left at your doorstep.
How will I know when it’s been shipped? You’ll receive an email or text as soon as we ship. You’ll have all the tracking details.
What if it doesn’t arrive? We will deal with Australia Post on your behalf to locate the parcel. If they declare it lost, you are covered for replacement at no further charge.
PAYMENT
What payment types do you accept? Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Amex), Direct Deposit and PayPal. WIth PayPal payments, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website from the checkout.
Do you charge a credit card surcharge? We hate them too so we don’t charge fees or surcharge on any card, ever!
Are your transactions secure? Yes. Transactions are secured by COMODO on the highest level security sertificat available to us.
Can I transfer money into your account? Absolutely. Choose that option and our account details will be on your order confirmation. We’ll let you know when the payment has been received and your ring will arrive within 10 days from then.
PAYMENT PLANS
How does it work? This is a way to spread the total amount into smaller payments over a period of time. Simply make your purchase using that option. Then reply to your confirmation email with 1) date you need your rings 2)how often you’d like to pay and 3)date of first payment. We’ll work out a payment schedule for you to approve. We will then arrange to debit your credit card autmatically unless you would like to make direct deposist.
How long can I take to pay them off? Minimim 2 months, maximum 9 months.
When will I receive my ring? Within 10 days of the last payment. We will time it so you receive your rings a month before your wedding in case we need to adjust the size for you.
How can I make payments? With a credit card or direct deposit. We’ll set up automatic debits out of your credit card. For direct deposit, you’ll need to set it up through your own bank. We’ll give you the dates and amounts.
Can I pay them off earlier than planned? Absolutely, just email us and we'll organise it for you. We can either charge your credit card for the balance or you can choose nother payment method.
Can I change the payment amount or timing? Yex you can, so long as the balance is paid before the date you need the rings. Email us and we can help you with it.
Can I cancel the order? Yes you can. As we only make the rings once the balance is paid, you can cancel at any time before the final payment. We will refund your deposits less $50 to cover admin time and merchant fees we incurred.
Do you charge interest on repayments? Nope! None, ever.
