Two months before your wedding is the ideal time. Even though we make and deliver within 12 calendar days, it's better to allows time for any size adjustmentsor post delays. You don't need th eextra stress of leaving it to the last minute.

Absolutely, in some cases they are better, depending on how and where the store makes their rings. They are made to the same high standard that you would expect from a high-end jewellery boutique. The only difference is that they are especially made for you and conveniently shoppable from your lounge.

No worries, you can return or exchange. Because each ring is expecially made for each couple, we refund 80% of the purchase price to cover the cost of melting down and refining the original ring. See Cancellations and Returns for details.

Definitely. You have a lifetime warranty on workmanship and material. If there are any faults with the metal or the way we’ve made your ring, we’ll repair it or replace it at no cost.

Wear and tear (scratches, dents, wearing down and tarnishing from contact with chemicals or skin acidity) or accidental damage is not covered.

Please remember your ring is not indestructable and getting marks and scratches during wear is normal. The only way a ring doesn't get scratched is to not wear it, which is not an option.

We’ll make it fit perfectly. Resizes within one-two sizes of original size (depending on the style) are free for 1 year from purchase. Allow 5 days plus postage. See our Resizes and Exchanges page for more details.

As a completely online store, we don't have retail overheads. We also make each ring to order instead of having stock. The savings we make on those things, we pass on to you, giving you the best value, always!

Your ring starts off as a seamless gold tube. Then, we carve the final shape using machinery. This is a superior manufacturing technique which is stronger and more precise than hand-made or cast rings. Welcome to the 21st century.

Yes and it’s amazing! It’s done with a laser so it’s perfect and you have a choice of font. We can also engrave your partner’s fingerprint on it. See our Laser engraving page for details.

We have steel samples available to post to you. This will give you an idea of the style but not the gold colour. Not al widths and finger styles are available but we'll sne dyou the closest, just email us and let us know what you're after.

A $150 deposit is charged. Don’t worry, it’s fully refunded when you return the samples or can be put towards your purchase. Email us and let’s chat.

Definitely. You save time by not having to visit physical stores. You can tick off your wedding bands in you rown time while you're on the lounge, commuting, while the kids are asleep, while you have a coffee.

Australia: 1-2 days to Metro areas, 2-5 days outside Metro areas.
New Zealand: 5-7 days.
This is on top of the time to makes the ring. On avegare the ring will be with you within 12 calendar days from ordering in Australia or 16 calendar days in New Zealand .

Your postman will leave you a slip in your mailbox to let you know. You can then collect from your local Post Office at your convenience.

A signature is required for delivery it can’t be left at your doorstep.

In Australia, we use the alphabet to measure finger size. We recommend you use our Sizing Kit to obtain your size.

No, we don’t recommend them as they are not accurate.

No, that will not give you an accurate size. The difference between sizes is about 0.40mm which is impossible to measure this way.

So long as the size is measured “to the leading edge” it will be accurate. Ask your jeweller, they should know what that means.

Use half a size bigger than your engagement ring size.

Yes. Transactions are secured by COMODO on the highest level security sertificat available to us.

Absolutely. Choose that option and our account details will be on your order confirmation. We’ll let you know when the payment has been received and your ring will arrive within 10 days from then.

This is a way to spread the total amount into smaller payments over a period of time. Simply make your purchase using that option. Then reply to your confirmation email with 1) date you need your rings 2)how often you’d like to pay and 3)date of first payment. We’ll work out a payment schedule for you to approve. We will then arrange to debit your credit card autmatically unless you would like to make direct deposits.

Maximum 9 Months.

Within 10 days of the last payment. So plan to receive your ring a month before your wedding in case we need to adjust the size for you.

With a credit card or direct deposit. We’ll set up automatic debits out of your credit card. For direct deposit, you’ll need to set it up through your own bank. We’ll give you the dates and amounts.
