RESIZES AND EXCHANGES

Absolutely. It must be the perfect fit, so we offer one resize completely free within a size of what you ordered, even if it's laser inscribed. We turn it around in 5 working days (plus postage) so you can be ready for the big day. Please allow time for this when placing your order.

Sometimes you need to wear it for a while to work out the perfect size so your free resizes is valid for 1 year from purchase.

Sending the ring back is at your cost and the ring should be undamaged (wear and tear is okay if you have been wearing it). 

If your ring needs to change more than one size, we’ll exchange it for you as explained below.

Relax, let’s make your ring perfect. We exchange if you need the size adjusted by more than a size. You can also exchange if you’d like to make some tweaks to the design such as a different width, a different gold colour or a different style altogether – that’s no problem at all.

Each wedding band is custom-made so to exchange, we’ll make a new ring for you. We charge a flat fee of $80 per ring plus any additional gold if the new ring is heavier. If the original ring was laser engraved, there will be a $75 charge for re-lasering each new ring. 

Our exchange policy is valid for 3 months from purchase.
