Why are your prices lower than retail prices?

We do not have a fancy store, floor stock or sales staff. We the latest machine technology and expert jewellers, an online catalogue and the internet. Our overheads are much lower than those in a retail store, which means the saving is passed on to you.

How are your wedding ring made?

All our rings are machine spun and carved from single piece of gold. Unlike forged ringss, there is no join seam. Unlike a cast wedding ring, there are no issues with the metal being too brittle for resizing or repairing.

Are your wedding rings the same quality as I can buy through a retailer?

Our rings are of extremely high quality and in some cases, much higher than you would find through a retailer. They are made to high-end boutique standards but offered at a lower price because you are buying direct from the manufacturer.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship and material. If there are any faults in the metal, such as cracking, peeling or any faults that arise from workmanship, you are fully covered to receive a replacement. You are not covered for general wear and tear which includes, but is not limited to: scratches, dents, wearing down and tarnishing from contact with cleaning products or skin acidity. Accidental damage or damage occurred as a result of sizing, repair or polishing work (other than manufacturing faults), are not covered.

What should I do if I can’t find my perfect ring your website?

We have a wide range of popular rings but understand you may have something truly unique in mind. For ring commissions, simply email us at contact@australianweddingrings.com.au with some details or images. We can work with you one-to-one to achieve a truly unique ring tailored to your budget, requirements and style.

What happens if I don’t like my wedding ring?

All our ringss are custom made to order therefore we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind. But we want you to love your new wedding ring so we will offer a credit of 80% of the original sale price when you return the ring. The credit is valid for a period of 3 months. Please see the Returns section for more information.

What happens if my wedding ring is faulty?

We quality check every item before shipping it to you, so it is very unlikely that you will ever receive a faulty ring. However, if you believe your ring is faulty, contact us immediately. You are covered for a replacement under our workmanship warranty. Please see the Returns section for more details.
